Our internal admin portal was developed with a custom design using modern technologies. The frontend is built with React and Tailwind CSS, while the backend uses Node.js and Express. Data management is handled via a PostgreSQL database.Clients can register and log in to manage the services associated with their accounts—such as hosting, development, or maintenance.The system allows users to submit support tickets, whether they’re reporting an issue or requesting a new feature. These are handled through a built-in, real-time chat-style interface designed for efficient communication.Additionally, users can view all invoices linked to their account, access an integrated calendar to keep track of deadlines and events, and monitor activity through a built-in logging system.
